Eligibility for Return/Exchange
As bridal wear is often custom-made, returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- You received an incorrect product.
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@anambridals.com with clear images of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized outfits
- Altered garments
- Accessories and jewelry
- Products purchased during a sale or discount
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return Process
For approved returns, the replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 business days
Exchange
Exchanges are available for standard-size ready products (subject to availability). Shipping costs for exchange requests will be borne by the customer.
